All sales are final — payments for Featured and Premium MCP listings are non-refundable.

1. General Terms

  • All sales are final — payments for Featured and Premium MCP listings are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for "change of mind," dissatisfaction with MCP functionality, or incorrect submissions by the user.
  • MCP listings are reviewed before publication to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing MCP details, pricing, and requirements before submitting payment.

2. Featured & Premium Listings

  • Refunds are only possible in the case of a verified technical failure on our servers that prevents MCP listing publication.
  • Once an MCP listing is published (even partially), the payment is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.
  • User errors — such as incorrect MCP details, wrong category selection, or submission mistakes — are not covered.
  • If your MCP is rejected during review, you will receive a full refund within 7-14 business days.

Always review your MCP details, category, pricing tier, and description carefully before confirming your payment. This helps ensure you're satisfied with your submission.

3. Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment processors.
  • All transactions are final once payment is confirmed.
  • Payment confirmation emails will be sent to your registered email address.
  • If payment fails but your MCP is published, you may be contacted to complete payment or the listing may be removed.

4. Refund Processing (Rare Cases)

  • Approved refunds (for verified technical faults only) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • All refund claims must include payment transaction details and proof of the technical error.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

  • If you have concerns about a payment, please contact us at support@ai-stack.dev before initiating a chargeback.
  • Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension.
  • We will work with you to resolve any legitimate payment issues promptly.
