• Users can browse MCPs for tools like Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and Replit Agent
• Users can submit their own MCPs and rules for community use
• The service offers both free and premium (paid) MCP listings
• Users can access curated rules and best practices for AI development tools

2. Acceptable Use

• All MCP submissions and rule contributions must be original or properly licensed
• You must not submit copyrighted content without proper permission
• Commercial use of submitted MCPs requires explicit written permission from the original creator
• You may not use the service for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Harassment, hate speech, or offensive content is strictly prohibited
• You may not attempt to circumvent payment systems or access premium content without payment
• Spam, automated submissions, or fraudulent listings are not allowed

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep it updated
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Ensure you have rights to any MCP or rule content you submit
• Review MCP descriptions and documentation before using them
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights of other users and third parties
• Report any violations or suspicious activity to our support team

4. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
• Service features may be updated or modified at our discretion
• We reserve the right to remove or modify MCPs and rules that violate our policies

5. Intellectual Property

• AI Stack and its technology are owned by the platform operators
• Users retain rights to their original MCP submissions and rule contributions
• By submitting content, you grant AI Stack a license to display, distribute, and promote your submissions
• MCPs and rules are licensed according to their individual terms (as specified by creators)
• Our platform technology, design, and branding are proprietary and protected

6. Service Modifications

• AI Stack reserves the right to modify or terminate services
• We may add, remove, or change features at any time
• Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance when possible
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
• We may remove MCPs or rules that violate policies or are no longer functional

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for premium services in the past 12 months
• Users are responsible for verifying MCP compatibility and functionality before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted content
• Users are responsible for backing up their own data and configurations

8. Account Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Users may cancel their accounts at any time
• Termination does not entitle users to refunds (see Refund Policy)
• All user data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination
• Published MCPs and rules may remain visible after account termination (unless removed by request)

9. Payment Terms

• Premium MCP listings require payment as specified at the time of submission
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing for new listings at any time
• Existing premium listings will maintain their pricing for the duration of their listing period
